Biotech Fluidics provides a wide variety of tubing in various materials, with different inner and outer diameters, and in several colours and lengths, supplied from a comprehensive stock for quick delivery. We also offer tubing to specific demands and for OEM instrument manufacturers. Customized tubing features that can be provided include certified and clean room manufactured, cut to custom lengths, flanged or thermo-formed, with labels & markings, with pre-mounted fittings, customized packaging, and much more that fit your needs.

MarvelXACT™ UHPLC tubing assemblies

MarvelXACT™ UHPLC fittings prefitted to PEEK-lined stainless-steel or other high performance tubing. Ideal for UHPLC column connections and similar positions that frequently are exchanged by several different persons.

PEEK tubing

Biocompatible, inert, and pressure tolerant tubing with a smooth surface. Supplied in various lengths for manual cutting. Available with OD from 360 µm up to 1/8″ with ID from 0.001″ (25 µm) up to 0.080″ (2.0 mm).

Stainless-steel tubing

Durable and temperature stable tubing for high pressure. Delivered in precut lengths with polished and passivated ends. Available with OD from 1/32″ up to 1/8″ with ID from 0.004″ (0.10 mm) up to 0.080″ (2.0 mm).

PFA tubing

Unmatched purity and high chemical resistance with a smooth internal surface. Supplied in various lengths for manual cutting. Available with OD from 360 µm up to 1/4″ with ID from 0.002″ (50 µm) up to 3/16″ (4.8 mm).

FEP tubing

Cost efficient tubing for generic fluidic applications at limited pressure. Good chemical resistance and low gas permeability. Supplied in various lengths for manual cutting. Available with OD from 1.0 mm up to 1/4″ with ID from 0.010″ (0.25 mm) up to 3/16″ (4.8 mm).

ETFE tubing

Low gas penetration and excellent chemical resistance. Ideal tubing between degasser and pump. Supplied in various lengths for manual cutting. Available with OD 1/16″ and 1/8″ with ID from 0.010″ (0.25 mm) up to 3/32″ (2.4 mm).

PEEKsil™ tubing

Strong and flexible tubing with a smooth internal surface. Only delivered in precut lengths. Available with OD 1/32″ and 1/16″ with ID from 0.001” (25 µm) up to 0.012” (300 µm).

Fused silica tubing

Tubing for miniaturized capillary fluidics. Smooth internal surface and high pressure tolerability. Can be manually cut with dedicated cutting tools. Available with OD 360 µm with ID from 20 µm (0.0008”) up to 150 µm (0.006”).

Tubing cutting tools

Tools designed to create consistent manual tubing cuts, thus ensuring leak-free connections and a high-performance fluidic system.

Tubing sleeves for capillaries

Tubing sleeves to for smooth, concentric, zero dead volume connection of capillary tubing into ports of different designs. Available with sleeve OD 0.025”, 1/32”, or 1/16” for 10-32, or 6-32 ports using different fitting types, including the MicroTight® and NanoTight™ acessories.

Custom tubing kits

Partner with Biotech Fluidics to get custom cut tubing with pre assembled fittings, labelled and packaged to your requirements, and then delivered directly to your instrument assembly or maintenance supply.
